From our first meeting, Danielle really made me think about what it was I wanted to do, structuring my goals in a way that I’d never thought of before, helping me focus on the things that really mattered to me and how I could achieve them, ultimately finding the right path for me.
It was during my 30 day adventure with Danielle that I learned some fundamental challenges I had been having consistently, without even realizing how they negatively impacted my life.
Focusing on 3 key pillars (as recommended by Danielle), discovered I wasn’t sleeping well and enough. By changing habits, going to bed earlier, enjoying sleep, not waking up stressed and beating myself up. By finding ways to relax and not overtraining, balance helped me stick to a better nutrition plan. I was over-training because I was putting impossible goals which caused me to stress and on the cycle went. By breaking down how I eat, how I relax . . . allowed me the amazing opportunity to break down habits that don’t serve me and I feel fantastic.
Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly positive and supportive. It was great to have her help me look at my life holistically and then focus in areas I really needed to improve. Our sessions provided positive reinforcement and a framework to identify the changes I wanted to make. Danielle was key to help change and meet life goals and I will always incredibly grateful to her and this shared experience.
